Reverse engineering, dimensional surveys and machinery retrofits01 — Approach
Equipment components are exposed to impact, abrasion, fatigue and repeated loads. A durable repair requires material identification, defect delimitation, correct joint preparation and a welding sequence suited to the geometry.
We assess every intervention separately and determine whether the component can be repaired safely. Critical components or unknown repair history may require additional information, inspection and approval of a technical solution before work.
02 — Scope
03 — Process
We document the defect, loads, material and previous repairs.
We define removal, preparation, additions, reinforcement and acceptance criteria.
Work is carried out in workshop or on site within the confirmed scope.
We verify geometry, continuity and conditions for return to service.
04 — Documentation
Send overall and detailed photographs, machine make, component identification, thicknesses, location, defect history and target date. Return to service should follow an appropriate technical assessment.

Bucket, boom and frame repairs; Crack remediation and restoration of worn areas; Replacement or reinforcement of steel components; Preparation, welding, adjustment and final verification. The final scope is defined after reviewing the project and site conditions.
Inspection: We document the defect, loads, material and previous repairs. Technical solution: We define removal, preparation, additions, reinforcement and acceptance criteria. Controlled execution: Work is carried out in workshop or on site within the confirmed scope. Final control: We verify geometry, continuity and conditions for return to service.
Photographs support an initial assessment but do not replace dimensions, quantities, materials and access conditions. Price, schedule, transport and included work are defined in the quotation for the specific project.
Request documents applicable to the quoted configuration: drawings, materials, inspections and, where required by the project, test reports or certificates. A photograph or commercial name alone does not demonstrate a protection rating or certified performance.
07 — Contact
Send photographs, drawings, dimensions, location and schedule. We will return with the questions needed for a technical quotation.
